Refund & Return Policy

1. Return Eligibility

You have 7 days to initiate a return request from the date you received the item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned due to hygiene and customization reasons, including:

  • Customized or altered sarees
  • Sarees where the blouse piece has been cut
  • Sale items marked as 'Final Sale'

3. Refund Process

Once we receive your item, our quality assurance team will inspect it and notify you. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

4. Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to a defect or our error. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@vyasthracollections.com.
